In ceramic production, it is normal to have occasional manual defects such as subtle black spots or bubbles during the production process. If you mind, take pictures with caution. (Note: If serious quality problems are found, the products that cannot be sold will be photographed and sent to customer service within 48 hours.)

3. About returns and exchanges: If the goods received are not suitable, dislike, don't want, etc.... The buyer shall bear the freight for sending and returning, and the freight for rejecting shall be paid on delivery. (Note: If the transportation is damaged or affects the next sale, the buyer shall bear the cost of the product selling price.)

4. About missed delivery: If you find any missed delivery after receiving the goods, you need to take a photo and provide pictures to the customer service within 48 hours after signing for delivery, and we will reissue or refund after verification.

5. About damage: Ceramics are fragile goods, and damage will inevitably occur during transportation. If there is any damage, take a picture and send it to customer service within 48 hours, and you can get a refund or reissue it after confirmation.

6. The prices of all products in the store do not include tax, and invoicing will be subject to tax.
