This 9" Tibetan Temple Collection statue of 1000-Arm Guanyin is a dense, intricate expression of compassion in motion. Cast in old bronze and adorned with mosaic gem inlay, gZi-style beads, and turquoise accents, the figure presents Avalokiteshvara (Guanyin) in the thousand-armed form—symbolizing the ability to reach out in all directions to assist and protect.
Each arm, gesture, and adornment carries symbolic weight: many hands, many tools, many ways of responding to suffering with clarity and care. The addition of gZi bead and turquoise motifs brings in further layers of Himalayan and Tibetan symbolism, traditionally associated with protection, good fortune, and spiritual insight.
The compact height and layered detailing make this piece particularly suited to a niche or small altar shelf, where it can be viewed at close range. From a distance, it reads as a luminous, richly textured form; up close, the individual arms and embellishments invite quiet contemplation.
