This 8" Tibetan temple piece begins with something simple and elemental: a natural conch. Around it, layers of cinnabar and Jambhala Buddha imagery transform the shell into a concentrated symbol of wealth, protection, and blessing.
The curve of the conch feels organic and ocean-born, while the surface has been carefully worked into a devotional object. Cinnabar red contrasts with the pale shell, and the image of Yellow Jambhala — the wealth deity — appears as a guardian presence. In Tibetan practice, conch and Jambhala both carry potent symbolism: sound, abundance, and the clearing of obstacles.
Held in the hand, the piece feels solid and cool; placed on an altar or console, it becomes a strong focal object. It pairs beautifully with bronze figures, offering bowls, and incense, bringing a luminous, sculptural form into the mix. In a modern or Japandi space, it reads as both artifact and talisman.
